When available, we will send you the tracking number with the confirmation email so that you can track the package online.
If your product is defective, not as described, or there is any issue caused by our mistake, don't worry. Just send us an email at support@silveryprints.com and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
In case you put the wrong information in your order or you change your mind about products' attribute when you receive them (you want to up/down size, prefer another color, ....), we are happy to exchange your items at a reasonable fee.
